Come and join the team who are delivering Moray’s exciting new visitor experience, preserving our rich aviation heritage as well as incorporating other science and technology exhibits in an interactive, hands-on environment.
No experience is necessary and membership fees are optional if you help at the Centre. There is a huge range of volunteering opportunities from developing or preparing exhibits, acting as guides, to shop work, delivering planetarium shows, grounds-keeping, administrative work and much more.
If you live too far away to help at the Centre, you can always join as a Supporter as your subscription will go to help move the project forward.
As a Supporter, you will help to keep Morayvia open as membership fees contribute to the running costs.
Membership Benefits
There are 4 levels of membership for Morayvia with benefits as follows:
Supporter – Annual membership fee of £30
20% discount on entry fee and purchases
20% discount on entry fee and purchases for immediate family (husband/wife/partner/children)
Invitation to an annual open day or evening.
Voting rights but you must attend the Annual General Meeting
Volunteer – No Membership fee providing you are actively involved as mentioned above with the running of Morayvia. You are also entitled to free entry on days when you are not carrying out volunteer duties. Benefits are the same as for a Supporter but without the annual membership fee.
Junior – Available to young persons under 18 years of age. No membership fee.
20% discount on entry fee.
If they volunteer at the centre, then they can benefit from a 20% discount on purchases.
Life – One off payment of £100
